Hotel in posto strategico, molto accogliente , staff gentile e colazione molto abbondante…

La cena , ad un prezzo molto alto le porzioni sono al limite del ridicolo , non si può pagare 26€ per un secondo di carne se ti portano 30 gr contati nel piatto ….. Anche se squisita ma è una porzione ridicola ….

Il chiostro è una struttura bellissima, ottima anche la posizione centrale!

Il servizio perché un relais 4 stelle dovrebbe prevedere ciabatte, accappatoio e sinceramente le lenzuola erano un po' lise

Situata proprio nel centro di Pienza, il personale molto gentile e a disposizione per le esigenze del cliente. Buona la colazione. La camera ampia è molto pulita.

Il materasso del nostro letto matrimoniale non era molto comodo
