AUBeautiful apartment, a real haven after our busy days on the Cinque Terre, and exploring La Spezia. The apartment was huge, with a great history which we loved. Our hosts, Rosy and Luca, provided us with great recommendations for dining, told us about the fresh food markets, and made us feel welcome.

DEAppartment located just off the main tourist road in the old city. Therefore very close to restaurants and the train station, but still really quite in the evening. Really spacious appartement that is fully equipped and nicely decorated. We were met by the owners who showed us around the appartment and gave really nice recommendations for restaurants in the city.

GBThe hosts were excellent and so very helpful, the property was a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment right in the centre of La Spezia. Staying in an authentic Italian home was a treat.
Having access to WiFi although not essential would be preferable .
RObig apartment. nice furniture and decorations. clean. confy beds very close to the bus station to Lerici or Porto Venere. close to the the train station to 5 terre. supermarket downstairs. close to the points of interest.
no air conditioning. if you catch a few hot nights you have only ventilators. depends on your luck. we had half of the stay with nice temperature and no need for ventilators and half canicular. not that big of a problem but also no wifi. so if you dont have a good roaming subscription you need to take it into account.
FRHôte très sympathique et parlant un français impeccable. Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Appartement à la fois au centre ville, au pied des commerces et au calme.
Le piano dans l'appartement ne pouvait pas être utilisé, mais les propriétaires ont promis de le remettre en état pour notre prochain séjour :) J'ai hâte de revenir !
FRL'emplacement est vraiment optimal, les hôtes sont sympathiques et super réactifs, l'appartement est beau et confortable.
C'est vraiment secondaire mais le manque de wifi étant étrangers et la climatisation qui va être installée bientôt.

USLocation was 10 stars! We were able to walk everywhere! Convenient to ferry, bus stops, train station — all within 10 minute easy walk. Restaurants and shopping were super close too. Local market 2 doors down was excellent to grab snacks and beverages. Bed was comfy and the apartment is quite large. The washing machine was much appreciated. We did day trips to Portovenere, Lerici and Lucca by ferry, bus and train. Super easy. Don’t hesitate to select this apartment for your stay in La Spezia.

AUSpacious apartment modeled on a bygone era, with unique touches. Centrally located with all amenities close at hand. Cute balcony to enjoy an apéritif. Lovely owners welcomed us onsite with a bottle of spritz and gave us some great tips.
