SGpool facility, ease of hiring Grab services. Hot water dispenser. Views from the apartment.
Cleanliness: Lipstick marks evident on cups which were placed in the cupboard. Also, there wasn't any mugs suitable for hot drinks. Used towel by previous tenant was left in the cupboard. Safety: Lack of floor rags- for bathroom- safety concern, especially when the place is all tiled. Can slip and fall. Others: Room access card and carpark access card were placed in a similar coloured lanyard. Can easily take the wrong card access and get locked out. Would be better if both were distinctly in different card tag lanyards. Also, remote control to TV was missing on arrival.
MYOverall, our stay was very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool, which was a highlight. The house was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge and a water filter. The check-in process was smooth, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions provided.
I had booked under the impression that the room came with a king-size bed, but it turned out to be only a queen. It felt a bit tight for my husband, our toddler, and me to share the same bed. I also wish the house had a microwave, as it would have been very convenient for heating food when needed.
