The Russ House

Very nice suite. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the decor. Shower was wonderful and had 2 shower heads. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t find ice machine

Superb accommodation a stones throw from the main street. Parking was right outside on the street, but absolutely fine. We were the only people staying so it was lovely and quiet. There is a secure gate to enter a courtyard, where there is an outside gas fire pit and seating. The room was classic old styling with lots of pictures and history. It was very clean and ideal for our stay.

We had room #6 and the bed was stiff as a board. I had 2 very bad nights sleep and rose each morning with an aching back, hips and neck and so did my wife. I think the floor may have been softer! I'm sure some people may appreciate a hard bed though.

The Russ House is a small hotel with rooms facing a common courtyard and built on a historic site in Tombstone. It is in the middle of town, you couldn't pick a better location. The room is clean and has modern amenities, fridge, coffee maker tv, AC, WiFi, private bathroom, but still gives an an 1880's feel. The room includes a regular full breakfast across the street at the Longhorn Saloon. Parking is in front of the hotel.

This was different. Instead of a lobby with staff, they sent me a text message with my room number and code to get in. I found this to be easy and convenient.

Close to all the attractions, everything to see is walking distance.
