Casa di Princi

The apartment is located in a quiet and extremely picturesque area. Access by car is a bit difficult at first glance. In some places, the roads are narrower, but after one trip, you get used to it. The host's driving directions are very helpful. The rooms are tastefully furnished, spacious, with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories. The host is extremely kind and friendly, providing all the details and directions you need to get around the region. There is parking space outside the yard, a 3-minute walk away. The area is dreamy! We will gladly return!

The suite is very nice, nice furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and I appreciate the cleanliness as well. A bonus is the spaciousness of the suite and the large and intimate terrace. Friendly owner Simona, willing to advise and help.

Parking in front of house. Neat and clean. Free ticket for the cable car from Brunate to Como. The coffee. Very quiet place.

The road was a bit narrow at times. Came with a car and it can be tricky. You must be a good driver to stay here.

Casa di Princi is nestled in the hills of Brunate. A quiet neighbourhood, with narrow winding roads that give a sort of historical feel to the area. We didnt need to pick up keys, although our host had informed us were to access them.........because she contacted us and came to Como Railway Station to pick us up!! Wonderful start to our relaxing holiday. The property was well appointed, and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here.

Maybe its because we are Australian, maybe its because we are starting (I said Starting!), to get older, but we found the bed to be on the firmer side of what we are used to. Ironically enough, we found this to be the case throughout our time in Northern Italy.

A beautiful apartment in Brunate above Lake Como. The apartment was modern and well equipped and was very comfortable. The owner made us feel welcome and we really appreciated her hospitality.

Beyond the sparkling cleaniness, the completely equiped house, the most wonderful and chic village with the astonishjng vista over the lake and Como city, there was one remarkable trait that Casa di Princi had: it felt like a home! It has a heart, a style, and the greatest owner and host to us, Simona. Oh, and the light in the mornings and evenings and the fresh air from the forest nearby! I mean… we couldn’t have dreamt of a better stay for our first time in Como!

Wonderful stay at these apartments! The warm welcome and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, breathtaking location and Simona's hospitality were exceptional. Hopefully, we'll get back there one day!
