Everything, the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them, good advice on travel and a great restaurant next door.

The beds were a bit hard.

Service was not good... The one who was giving service that guy was doing fraud... He didnt return my money back... Please dont stay there...

The only thing good was the bed and the cleanliness.

The fan needed repairs even though it was on.. no air. The ac remote was not provided, only when we called we were told the fan is working only and after insisting they sent a room boy who knew there was an issue with the fan. He then provided the ac remote. No hot water. The hot water was running on solar and was not put on, on day1. Day2 with the solar it was very lukewarm we were told since it runs on solar that's all it will be. No breakfast provided neither available on payment. We had to walk 15 mins on day 1 as the one next door was closed. We were not informed of what restaurants are closeby. The owner told us you will find a restaurant down the road and even a taxi service number she told us to find the shop instead of giving us the number. We had no option hence we booked the place but giving honest feedback here for future improvement in the service.
