Cute little updated studio for a stay. Perfect location if you’re visiting Florida Southern college. It’s walking distance to the school.

perfect for 1. absolutely hands down clean. nice area. I would definitely book again.

it was a bit of a challenge to get to the alley in the back to get to apt in the dark when I arrived, but after that it was fine. I really appreciated that you have a designated parking space, lights in the driveway and walkway.
