Great location, near many shops, restaurants, and sights. The apartment is a good size for a family. There is a nice view from the balcony.

The property is in urgent need of basic maintenance. The bathroom door handle is broken, the balcony doors and shutters do not close properly, and the TV shows no channels. These issues have been mentioned repeatedly in previous reviews, yet they still haven’t been addressed. I contacted the host about the TV not working and was told twice that someone would come to fix it, but no one ever did. When you pay 371 euros for 3 nights outside peak season, it’s reasonable to expect essentials like a functioning TV and a bathroom door that isn’t broken. It’s a shame, because with some maintenance and attention to guests’ feedback, this property could easily offer a much better experience.

Τα Στρώματα ειναι σκληρά. Βασικό πράγμα σε ένα κατάλυμα. Δεν δούλευε η τηλεόραση. Σε ερώτηση ότι η τηλεόραση δεν πιάνει κανάλια δεν πήρα ποτέ απάντηση. Θα μπορούσε να μου απαντήσει..θα δεχόμουν οποιαδήποτε απάντηση.

Communication with the owner was excellent, she responded to our questions immediately and was very nice and helpful. The apartment is located in the center of the square and in the city center, so right in the center of life. The advantage is that you can get everywhere very easily and on foot. The apartment is large with 3 bedrooms and a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean and ready for our stay - fragrant towels, placemats, hygiene items in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment has great potential, great floors, beautiful walls, high ceilings and tall windows.

We just have a small recommendation - this apartment needs “vibe character” and reconstruction (interior doors, 3 chamber soundproof windows, so good interior architect and a little renovation and it will be a Top place in Thessaloniki.

Lage war ausgezeichnet an einer belebten Gegend. Nichts für lärmempfindliche Leute. Die Wohnung ist riesig was ja eigentlich ein positiver Punkt ist.

Tür beim Badezimmer ging nicht zu! Bei 5 Leuten bedeutet das keine Privatsphäre! Obwohl ich informiert hatte, wieviel Leute wir im Totalen sind, waren die Betten unzureichend ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage erhielten wir für die zweite Nacht noch zusätzlich Bettwäsche. Außerdem rochen die Badetücher und Handtücher nicht gut.
