The Iyang Ubud

First day was amazing, I extended my stay, breakfast was nice. Hot water & a large room but could do with an indoor seating area

After the first day, the quality of the towels went down, from the nicest to the actual worst Don't close the balcony door behind you from outside, it is not easy to open again Location is 20min from Ubud town by car, quiet street

Everything at the Ilyang was perfect! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was good, and the area was lovely, with some of the best parts of Bali nearby. The view is what makes this villa so special, and looking out at the jungle every day was amazing! I would highly recommend it; it’s the best value-for-money place I have ever stayed in.

Amazing view from the pool. Staff very friendly and responsive via app. They serve a simple but decent a la carte breakfast in your room / private terrace. Rented a scooter which was well maintained and at a fair price.

A scooter is essential here, traffic is so busy that taxis to town are hard to get.

Not much - I had to check out early as the room had moldy pillows and mattress. The property refunded me for the nights I didn’t stay. The view from the terrace was great. Large room and spacious bathroom.

Black mold on pillows and horrific stains (mold plus god knows what) on the mattress. The bedding was stained so I asked to change, after that had been done, turned out the pillows had black mold (pillows were changed on request too). Later I checked the mattress and it was all stained too with mold and other unidentified substances. I had to check out early as the mattress could not be changed, so I went to a different hotel next morning.

Schön ist die ruhige Lage und der fantastische Ausblick auf den Dschungel. Ebenfalls ist das Personal wirklich bezaubernd, sie sind wirklich sehr bemüht und die Preise sind sehr fair, ob für Essen, Trinken oder Massage (Massage 200.000 IDR). Auch die Zimmergröße ist toll. Alles wäre toll dort, wenn das Thema Sauberkeit und Feuchtigkeit nicht wäre.

Besonders schockierend war leider das Bett. Kissen, Decke und Matratze waren nicht nur nicht sauber, sie waren verschimmelt und klamm. Schwarzer Schimmel überall. Die Bettwäsche wurde umgehend gewechselt, die Matratze natürlich nicht. Das ist natürlich kein Zustand, es kann ja auch gesundheitliche Probleme mit sich bringen. Das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche waren die ganze Woche und egal bei welchem Wetter klamm, obwohl die Klimaanlage lief und es tagelang auch trocken war draußen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war auch eher so lala, die Ecken hat schon länger niemand geputzt, viel Schimmel auch im Bad und den Gardinen. Der Pool ist ok, wird aber auch nicht wirklich gesäubert. Sehr schade alles, denn dieses Gästehaus könnte solch ein tolles Juwel sein.

Super chambres avec piscine privée. Très bien agancé et agréable, au calme.

Peut être un peu humide dans la chambre.

Nous avons loué la masion avec la piscine privée juste magnifique ! Une vue époustouflante sur la forêt de la terrasse ! Une très jolie piscine ,chambre et salle de bain tout était parfait !
