ITSoggiorno Stupendo: Abbiamo trascorso un weekend a ottobre 2025 meraviglioso in questo splendido appartamento attico nel centro di Anzio, ed è stata un'esperienza che ripeteremmo subito! La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro e comodissima per tutto, ma il vero gioiello è l'appartamento in sé. La vista mare che si gode dal grande terrazzo è semplicemente spettacolare e offre un panorama indimenticabile, ideale per colazioni e aperitivi. L'appartamento è dotato di ascensore, il che è un grande vantaggio, e gli interni sono curati, puliti e accoglienti. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Federica, la proprietaria, che è stata di una gentilezza e disponibilità squisite. La sua accoglienza ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca una sistemazione di lusso, comfort e una vista impareggiabile nel cuore di Anzio! Punti da aggiungere: letto molto comodo ,barbecue e camino nel terrazzo, ristoranti e spiagge sotto casa . Location Raggiungibile sia in auto, treno pullman ..Ci sono molti punti ti di interesse vicini da visitare.

Small common area. Would go back again, though others should be informed: We rented the place for our family with two kids and we’re not aware the two rooms are separate flats. The kids ended up sleeping on the couch. It was comfortable, but a bit intense in such a small space. Not a very equipped kitchenette.
GBSuperb location, we dropped on a weekend market that was amazing. It was really vibrant and lively but was quiet by midnight so it didn't disturb our sleep. There are so many restaurants/cafes to visit, it's hard to choose one. Local prices are very reasonable compared to Rome. Overall, an excellent location and a great little place for a short break.
Only half a toilet roll when we turned up, only a minor thing.
