We had an absolutely perfect stay here for a birthday trip! The customer service is truly 100/10. A huge thank you to Jim Thomas at reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We also want to give a special shout-out to Sunny, who went above and beyond to help decorate our room for the birthday celebration. He was so humble, polite, and made the occasion feel extra special. To top it all off, the view from the penthouse is breathtaking. They really went the extra mile for us. highly recommended!

The apartment is great and comes with excellent cooking facilities. Since the hotel knows the number of guests checking in, it would be even more seamless if a full set of cutlery and plates were already set up in the apartment prior to arrival. It would also be a thoughtful addition to provide a small dish soap and a sponge in the kitchenette. The staff were amazing and provided these immediately upon our request, but having them ready in the room would make the check-in experience even smoother!

Удобные и просторные апартаменты, свежий ремонт, хорошее расположение напротив пляжа, рядом много кафе и магазинов, аэропорт в 7 км. Наши апартаменты состояли из 2х спален с индивидуальными ванными комнатами и кухни-гостиной с балконом. Апартаменты оснащены стиральной машиной, холодильником, плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, 2 сейфами, 2 фенами, утюгом с гладильной доской. Кондиционеры есть только в спальнях. В кухне-гостиной потолочный вентилятор. Вентиляторы есть во всех помещениях,но кондиционеры только в спальнях. Набор посуды на 5 человек, посуда для готовки. !!!Обращаю внимание будущих клиентов на то, что пользование бассейном и шезлонгами на крыше в данном отеле доступно только жильцам номера категории Пентхаус, выход на веранду из этого номера!!!

В номере нет сушилки для белья.
