Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Zum Strand hatte man nur ein paar Minuten. Den seitliche Meerblick konnte man genießen.

Der Gastgeber hätte sich mal - bei unserem 7tägigen Aufenthalt - mal melden können. Der Einstieg in die Badewanne zum Duschen war sehr schwierig. Man muss schlank und gelenkig sein, um bei dem Glasspritzschutz vorbei zu kommen. In der Küche hat uns ein bisschen was gefehlt (Schere, Nudelsieb).

The apartments are spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful terrace and sea view – an ideal place for a peaceful holiday. We felt relaxed and truly rested there. We would be happy to return again!😊

Supperb location, quite neighborhood, very close to the beach and restaurant. Spacious apartment, clean and with everything you need.

1) The distance from the nearest small bay was 200m (there is a greek taverna where you can have lunch and dinner). Avlaki beach which has an entrance 8€/adult is 500m- it was so crowded so we did not go there. From 8:30am Avlaki beach was full- no even 1 free sunbed! 2) In one bedroom the bed is modern (new)- it was nice to sleep on. On the other bedroom the bed was very old! 3) The A/C were cooling well the apartment 4) The hot water in the bathroom was great

I have studied Hotel Management and have worked in luxury hotels. I can say that this stay was disappointing! We hardly found the house on google maps as we came with bus and walked 600-700m to the apartment. I was texting the host but noone was answering. Finally after 10min my husband found it. (Me, my husband and our 18 month old daughter stayed in that apartment for 4 nights). So we found the keys in the yybox (the host sent us all the details about the keys on Watsapp). We entered the apartment (which was a half basement apartment) and near the fridge we found a semi dead cockroach. I took a picture and sent it to the host (they saw my message on Watsapp but answered after 50min) that it is a result of pest control disinfestation. We through ok, let it be. But in the night a black spider was running on my bed when my baby woke up for night feeding…and in the morning we found one alive spider in the bathroom and one in the WC. So I come to ask: if a pest disinfestation was done, how the spiders survived? Shouldn’t all the insects be dead after that? Ok, let it be… 2) The fridge was bought nearly 90’s- the noise it makes is horrible- you can hear it with closed doors at night! 3) We wanted to cook (my husband teach culinary arts in school). So we bought chicken and he wanted to cook it in the oven. He turned it on and in 1min all the electricity in the house turned off. The general switch fell down. - we switched all the ACs and tried to switch the oven on but it was the same, the electricity switched off! So the only way to cook something was in a pot or pan. 4) Next day in the morning I wanted to heat the food in the microwave. I put it in and waited for 2min (it was set on 500w). i checked but it was really cold. I put it on another 5min and still the same. What the heck? The max you could change was until 700w. so I changed it and put it to another 5min. Guess what: the plate and food were like from fridge- super cold! So the microwave was not working!

Firstly we couldn't find the accommodation, because in Google maps it is not clear. The place itself is great, very close to the sea, there is a small beach near, also there is a path along the sea. It is very nice for the walking. Supermarket is about 15-20 min on foot. There is a tent with vegetables and fruits which is open all over the year. The selection is not so great, but the quality is great!

The cleaning company doesn't do the cleaning well, there were black hairs in the floor, I can't say dirty, but it is not clean in my opinion. It is not comfortable or cosy apartment, there are pieces of furniture, which are blocking the way for example. Very uncomfortable tap in the bathroom. In the kitchen there are a lot of stuff you will never use, but there nothing for boiling two eggs for example. (or you can do it in a huge pot!) There is nothing as snacks, sugar, tea, coffee, you have to bring it with you. Otherwise you will stay hungry. In case of late flight it is quite inconvenient.
