Seaview Water Purify Cozy Comfortable for Short & Long Stay in The Landmark by Katana

Location.(Restaurants, supermarket all within 2 mins walk.) Friendly staff Water purifier in this condo. Cleaner, than using kettle to boil water.😁

Unfortunately. We were given corridor unit during this trip. The corner unit guests were from Hell. Heard noises at 1AM, as they dragged their luggage past our unit. Then,came the slammings of door. A few times from 1AM till 1.47AM. They started dragging their chairs in their unit, for hours. They made so much noise,till 4am, wen we cudnt take it anymore-I rang their doorbell to remind them that "IT WAS 4 AM!". They stopped for awhile..then continued till the Iranian World Cup 2026 match ended. They literally kept us awake with their loud chattings, till 5AM. Then, at 7.30am..they slammed their door, after EACH person left their unit. Texted my Agent asap He was helpful in notifying the Management, regarding their disturbances. Security did patrol at noon n informed us that all seemed normal. But, It was a BIG mistake. They started chatting loudly outside my unit everyday, as they walked past,even at 1am. 1 even answered phone calls outside my window.😖😖😖 Slammed their door loudly, wen they entered or exit their unit. (I thk, there were,at least,8 adults in that unit. coz wen I opened the door to tell them off, I saw 6 women in colorful"sarees", chatting loudly outside my door, while waiting for a few more, to exit their unit) I booked my stay for 6days, they came in on my 2nd day. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 This is my 3rd time staying at this condo coz the location is good,safe N quiet neighborhood. Wished that the condo unit had intercom to alert security directly on the first night wen they had checked in. They shud hv been evicted N banned from Booking.com n the Landmark Condo.

Cleanliness, facilities and location are the best.

Good location. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Showers are great. Living area is also comfortable. And they have halal cups and plates in the cabinet for Muslims usage. Very thoughtful 👍. Iron and ironing board are provided and they even have a washing machine hidden in the cupboard.

Had a great stay here. The view from Level 36 was amazing, especially during sunrise. The bathroom water pressure was very good and comfortable. The swimming pool was long and nice for relaxing or swimming. Check-in process was smooth and easy. The location is also convenient with many nearby shops and attractions around Penang. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

The wind can be quite strong at times. It is recommended to install a door stopper to prevent the door from slamming due to the wind.
