I wanted to take a moment to share how much my family and I enjoyed our recent staycation at your property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The accommodations were perfect for our family, offering comfort and plenty of space. The host kindly provided a baby bath upon request, which was greatly appreciated. The house was spacious and ideal for our group of eight. Thank you again for making our family getaway so enjoyable. We will definitely be recommending your property to friends and family and hope to visit again soon.

During check-out time, there were a lot of people around the lift. We waited for almost more than an hour for the lift. It would be better for visitors to arrange check-out at least an hour earlier to avoid the crowd.

Location was easy, although instructions to collect and return key and card could have been better explained. The apartment is spacious, well equipped. However, there was a slight musty scent upon entering the apartment, so we aired it the next morning by opening the door to balcony. Similarly, the bathroom.

Shower head was leaking. Also, perhaps note in description that amenities i.e. tooth brush, tooth paste, slippers are not provided.

Have washing machine, safe kids pool, toilet, bed was comfy and responsive host

Supposedly have iron in the unit but i didnt find it..the parking access card did not function well every time we used it
