The reason why I gave 7 to this property is because of the smell. The whole apartment has a heavy smell of cigarettes. After our stay there, all our clothes smelled like this. Also, there is a bad smell in the bathroom. I tried to leave the windows open, but the smell didn't disappear.

Nice location, there are some free parking spaces behind the building. The landowner gave me all the information to be able to enter the location at any time. The furniture looked new and modern, and in the kitchen we have everything that we needed. The AC was on when we got there, and it was nice to be met like that during the hot summer. The apartment was clean.

The apartment windows are facing the main boulevard, so it is not quiet if you want to sleep with the windows open. There is always traffic there.
