Front desk manager helped to sort out refund request, not charging half of the canceled stay.

Overall - huge disappointment on Four Points brand name of this hotel (we have arrived from another same brand hotel and could see a difference right away). The cleanness and room comfort is way above the level. After checking in, we had to immediately look for another hotel nearby. Hotel needs renovation ASAP.
