الفندق رائع ونظيف والطاقم محترم جدا اسامة وياسر ابو حيدر وخصوصا الاستاذ فهد كان محترم جدا وفي غاية الاحترافية. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly specially mr Fahad

الماء الساخن كان ضعيف جداً بحيث لم نستطع أن نستحم في احد الايام. اشتكيت كذا مرة وتم حل المشكلة والحمدلله. احنا في شهر ديسمبر والجو بارد جدا. الاخوان كانوه جدا متعاونين وودودين ومشرف الصيانة كان في غاية اللطف والاحترافية
