From the moment I arrived and checked in, the experience was wonderful. The staff’s attentiveness, the services, and the exquisite design of the DO hotel made my stay magnificent. I recommend everybody to treat themselves at such a wonderful place.

The building was new

"We called several times to have the trash bin emptied, but nobody came. In the end, we had to put the bin from the room into the hallway so they would empty it — and that was only after a few hours!"

I think this is a new building. So it's clean and feeling good when you stay there. The rooms are clean. The facilities are good. The breakfast was good. It's nearby to the Shrine, so you can visit there easily.

They are extremely money-hungry! I stayed there during the Arbaeen festival, when many streets were closed for several kilometers. On my check-out date, I got stuck in heavy traffic, so I had to walk back to the hotel to check out. Because of this delay of about one or two hours, they charged me a high amount for a half-day stay and treated me very rudely. I asked to meet with the manager, but he refused to see me and rejected my request. I am not satisfied with the extra money I had to pay, especially given the special circumstances and conditions at the time.
