Vacation Home with Private Pool near Disney World

El Barrio excepcional. Construcciones de calidad, y cerca de los parques. Muy tranquilo, limpio, seguro y ordenado

La piscina no fue nadie a limpiarla, solo el primer dia se pudo hacer uso de ella. El resto dijo enviar a alguien a limpiarla y solo se limitó a echar cloro. No se limpió. El screen de la piscina roto, por ahí se colaban mosquitos. aire acondicionado centralizado. O todos pasaban frio o todos calor, porque no se independizaba según las habitaciones. El congelador roto. Se nos estropeó carne y helados que compramos. Uno de los días nos encontramos al volver la casa sin electricidad. Deducimos que no habia pagado la factura. A las horas se restableció el servicio pero tuvimos que tirar lo que teniamos en la nevera. Microondas roto al usarlo daba error EO5, Puerta del baño no cerraba bien y al abrirla hacia mucho ruido. Pocas cucharas de sopa, ninguna de postre. Persianas rotas en el salón y en dormitorios. Puso a disposición un carrito para niños, y este estaba roto. Casa llena de hormigas grandes. En fin muy caro lo que pagamos para un chalet independiente del que no pudimos usar ningún día la piscina. Nevera mal funcionamiento y sin microondas

Place was nice and clean with great host. We will return.

Beds were comfortable and the house itself was conveniently located. Property owners were very communicative and friendly. They fixed an issue almost immediately once it was brought to their attention. The pool decor is really unique with the greenery wall/flowers hanging from the ceiling. You can tell the house was cleaned prior to arrival and the bed sheets were washed.

The maintenance and upkeep on this house isn't the best. A lot of things are worn or cheap. The pans weren't usable - Teflon and scratched. I wouldn't use the mini golf course: it's rotted and looks like a snake pit. Most of the bulbs above the pool need to be replaced and the pool itself had a lot of debris due to a screen being broken on top. The house was mostly clean except the master bedroom comforter and the rugs in the bathroom can use a good wash. We had two wash clothes for 4 people, so not ideal with showering daily. If this house was stocked properly and maintained, it would be so much nicer.

Location

They said there’s a heated pool but is was icecold and if you want to heat it they would double charge the price. Also, the mini golf was missing. Not to mention the house could use some painting, cleaning, etc.
