IL NIDO - Intero Appartamento Forum & Humanitas

Great price for 3 people (€55) and quite good location - there are a couple of bus stops nearby and the closest metro is 1.8km. Not noisy despite being next to the main road. Good size apartment - two sofa beds in the lounge and a double bed in the bedroom. We didn't use any cooking facilities although I did notice that there wasn't a kettle. There was however an espresso making pot and a stove with coffee. The shower in the bathroom was good, plenty of towels, the only thing was they forgot to put any toilet paper so we had just a few sheets left on the roll.

The check in could have been smoother - someone was supposed to meet us on arrival but when we came there was no one there and when we called there was a language barrier (no English) so it was a bit tricky. In the end there was a key box with the keys, but first you need access into the complex (someone else let us in). There's no wi-fi.

The price was much better than most other options in Milan, considering that you get not only the bed/room, but the apartment! There's everything needed, everything is well equipped, we could even fresh our clothes with the washing machine! :) Hosts were very nice!

The house is right near the road with sometimes a heavy traffic, sometimes it was a bit loud (the fence is quite tall, which helps a bit, it's still a pleasure to sit on the terrace, but it doesn't feel like a village atmosphere anyway)
