Mill House Bed and Breakfast

All staff was fantastic and really made pur stay great! The location was top notch and great gated parking and the breakfast at the coffee shop in the same house was very good. The balcony was such a great feature with chairs and tables that made the room amazing.

Location is great, breakfast at a small restaurant included was lovely. Jason who checked us in was lovely. That was it.

The whole facility is dated and smelly. The room was dark and even worse with old, dated smells. Bed is beyond tired, pillows are worn. The bedding was clean but very old. The ceiling is full of pipes and make-shift connection conduits, the decor is terrible and surely doesn't show how it looks on the photos provided. It shows veranda access but you have to walk through the worst access area. The windows rattle and the frames were dirty, the power went of in the middle of the night. The owner apparently was in the restaurant during breakfast and didn't make an effort to come over and apologise for the power cut: we were very reliant on the aircon to lessen the smell. It is not worth even a third of what we paid... really does a discredit to booking.com

before the stay i was kindly contacted via whatsapp to make sure the check-in would be as smooth as possible. They were very accomodation with my schedule. It was a joy to have someone like Jason welcome me. The room was located above the coffee shop, and as such it was a pleasant surprise to find one of the in room drink options to be a french press with ground coffee.

The manager, Jason, was super friendly and happily accomodated my late check-in time. He led me through where everything is in my room, explained all the keys, breakfast procedure, parking, wifi etc. super thoroughly. He even asked for my flight number to ensure that he is updated of a delay or an early landing. This experience is so much more than what you would receive in a standard B&B! The room is well-equipped with everything you could need, and is very neat and clean. The breakfast café downstairs had such nice breakfast options and is so nicely decorated.

O hotel eh bem simples e pequenininho, sao apenas 3 quartos. Estava muito limpinho e organizado. O ponto alto eh a localização que eh excelente pois esta bem no centrinho perto de todos os cafes restaurantes e bares.

O cafe da manha. O q esta incluso não vale a pena, Melhor pedir a parte direto do cardápio.
