Comunicarea cu gazda a fost bună. Suprafața apartamentului a fost suficientă pentru familia noastră (doi adulți + doi copii). Apartamentul a fost foarte curat (nota 10 pentru parfumul folosit; foarte plăcut) și amenajat cu gust. Zona este una foarte liniștită, cu multe familii tinere. În capătul cartierului există un parc, iar copiii au fost încântați (chiar dacă multe din ansamble sunt vechi și deteriorate).

Nu există un loc de parcare rezervat special pentru acest apartament. Se poate parca prin zonă pe locurile fără blocator de metal.
