Posizione, pulizia, arredo.letto ok.

Da premettere che siamo usciti senza alcun problema alle h 10.00. Da condizioni ritengo molto forzato un check out alle ore 09.00, prima volta che mi capita in trent'anni che viaggio. Per il resto ok, letto eccellente.

Positive things: *Apartment is renovated, so everything is new, and is quite large *Beds are perfect and very comfortable. *Shower was quite good. *Check in is possible even if you arrive at night as is self check in. *Apartment was very clean, spotless. *In walking distance from the airport.

Negative things: *The owners took away the remotes for ACs, so you can't burn their electricity for heating (see the pictures). *The central heating system they have with radiators can barely cut it when it's cold (and that is when it works). *Out of 2 days there the second day heating was not working properly, and of course we couldn't use the ACs. So it was quite cold. *They left only two toilet rolls (the smallest ones) and there was no dish washing liquid. *If you go there in winter bring your own electric heater. *Third floor, and no lift.

Everything was perfect, the location, hygiene was 10/10, very easy check in and out, the owners were so kind to let us leave our luggage before our check in time in the apartment while they were preparing it for us after previous guests, also they let us leave our luggage past our check out time so we can explore Pisa easier for a bit more before our departure. They were so kind to take the time to recommend to us nice places to visit, were to eat and have a nice time while in the region. Apartment is equipped with everything that you will need, beds were soo comfortable, very convenient to have a washing machine and extra points for moka(italian coffee lover here). Also, the energy of the place is beautiful, you can feel that it's been taken care of by nice people. Can't wait to come back!🥰

We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the train station. The apartment me our expectations in terms of cleanness, space and comfort, but the neighborhood was not the best one.

The bathroom lacked any shelves and hangers.

Bed was very confortabile. Kitchen fully equiped.

Great appartment, spacious and newly renovated. Very well equiped (3 air conditioners, washing mashine, dishwasher...) Cozy beds, I loved comfortable bed linen! Even mosquito nets on the windows - big plus! :) Great location - less than 20 min walk from airport, 2 min walk from train station, 5 min walk from tourist area. Recommendation!
