Lafayette Central Apartment-Tunis

Great accomodation and large space. Internet was great and the owner super person.

Beside that apartment from outside looked really old in an old building, I got little bit worried , but from inside was decently clean ,big ,with lot of natural light in the living room . Host was very kind to explain us things even bring bottles of water,towels and gel for hands. He also was kind to give us a ride to the center and bring us to a restaurant for trying Tunisian food that was delicious He also talk about his culture and life in Tunis. Thank you so much for this we really appreciated this warm hospitallity . Wifi was correct, appartment well situated and near all important things to visit , airport 15 min by taxi ,few not bad restaurants around appartment

We traveled with 2 years old daughter,unfortunately there was to many noise during the night because of cars,motorbikes passing honking non stop and we couldn't sleep at all. There were also many mosquitos in the room that it wasn't easy to get rid of them. Water preasure is very law for taking a normal shower and hot water comes and goes .. We stayed 2 night so I cant complain much, everything was near for our needs ..

Bed linen were clean, also the towels.

I requested to pay by card but the host wanted cash in hand. when I explained I don't have enough cash, I was £4 less, he asked us to cancel the reservation and he will accept me then. I said that if I cancel, I will pay double because the website will take the money from my bank account anyways, and I don't want to trick the booking, he asked us to leave. I had to get cash from the bank to give to him so he will let us stay.

Great value in a great location! Very easy to find and it had everything I needed for a week in Tunis.
