The Farm House

The location was great, the house really big and the whole process was easy. The host was available when we needed. Big bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house was extremely dirty. The sheets and towels seemed to never be washed. We found dead bugs around the windows and the master bathroom shower was clogged.

Strong smell. One of the bedrooms outlets didn’t work . Not enough kitchen supply.

It was a clean and big house. It served What we needed it for lots of beds and mattresses and a clean shower. Good value

There was a rooster in the yard and woke us up every morning at 4am.

the location was exactly what we needed. We wanted to stay between a family wedding weekend venue and downtown Orlando. Stores for food, clothing and supplies were convenient, within 3 miles of the location we stayed. The home was spacious, it was well decorated ( to our taste), we loved the rooster that came by each day ( we have chickens so it made us smile!). We noticed a few nice touches to the property that made us feel like we were welcome at this home. :) We LOVED the pool table, we gathered around it each night to enjoy some fierce pool competitions between family members. :)

Can't really think of anything other than some minor electrical problems with a couple outlets/plugs. Would recommend some additional utensils be available in the kitchen. There were items for use, but we planned to do some additional cooking so a few more items for the oven would have been nice. We did communicate with the property owner and he was very receptive to our ideas for adding some items to the kitchen to make it a little more like home for future guests.
