Location.

Dryer stopped working after one load. Gas cook top never worked. Host did not advertise that the room was on the 3rd floor. I was with my parents both over 70 years old and I would never have rented it if I knew it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator!

Big apartment in city center. Close to main spots in a city. Good air-conditioning and 2 toilets.

It's not an apartment fault, but on a building corridor and whole street, there were plenty of cockroches. Maybe it's typical for Cagliari. Also, be prepared for walking elevations

The location is ultracentral, the staff was very kind and helpful, responded quickly and solved our request rapidly.

Central location, 4 bedrooms: front one has nice views, others are lightwell. Sitting in the kitchen was no problem for us, nor were the stairs, although there are also 2 cunningly disguised small steps in the apartment to be wary of. Two bathrooms was handy, but one does smell a bit -: just keep the door closed. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer, but no oven. Coffee pod supply was nice.
