"I was ripped off and am frustrated by how I have no recourse"

Only the photos. The actual condition of the property was atrocious

The floors in the unit were filthy. The unit has significant wear and tear, it doesnā€™t look anything like the pictures. The outside in particular was falling apart and the facilities were also filthy

Itā€™s very modern. Fully kitted. A lot of effort was put in to make it look good. Even underfloor heating. Our host pointed out so many amazing things that really showed he thought of everything and more. Really went the extra mile.

Nitty gritty stuff that wasnā€™t dealbreakers and could be expected from a property being used by many different people, often.

Everything was clean and well decorated. Ramus is a helpful and friendly host. This is a beautiful house for a family or group of friends to stay. Felt like home away from home.

My husband would prefer the ensuite bathroom to have a door.
