The space was absolutely what was promised. The house can accommodate up to 12 persons. The bed was super comfy and clean. Every room has an aircond include the living room. And Mr. Ng was an excellent host. Helped me out with check in process. Super efficient. The house location also strategic with many attraction place. I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Ipoh city.

Owner was friendly and responsive to our requests. Check in and check out process was seamless and self service. House was clean and include basic necessities like towels, liquid bath soap and shampoo.

Would be great if a hot/cold water dispenser like Coway was provided as well.

My family really like the house as it was super clean with nice deco.. The owner Mr Ng was very helpful, he allowed us to leave our things in the house before the check in time..I really love the pillow very soft.

The water pressure is a bit slow..but we still managed it.

I was impressed at first sight! It kind of exceeded my expectation. The house was a lovely end lot. To me it's a home away from home. I feel the comfort at first sight and truly it was. All that is being equipped in this place truly shows how much effort and consideration the owner has invested to give comfort to those who chose to rent and stay here. I am amazed I get alkaline water too!😁 Thank you Mr Ng! It's great hospitality and the place is clean. We are all amazed and enjoyed our stay here though it's only for 1 night. Will definitely come again to stay for more nights! Keep up the good work on maintaining and upkeeping of the place. I truly hope that all future tenants coming here to stay will help preserve all the things and the good clean condition of the place.

Absolutely recommended! For those who wants to book a homestay, grey fantasy homes is the best out of the best. I ve never see such perfect comfort homestay like this. Suitable for friends, family. The house is reallyyy enormous , feel like a five star hotel room but big one! I would like to stay there again in future, bringing my families. Completed with highest security such as alarm, password at the gate and even shoe wardrobe, dont need to worry about safety. In conclusion, grey fantasy homes is a chef kiss, perfect!
