This was my second stay. I arrived late, and tired, on a cold and rainy night. Imagine how pleased I was to be effusively welcomed and shown ino a spacious room, with the heater already turned on and so nicely warmed up! The hosts are lovely people who sincerely care that their guests are welcome and well looked after. I'll be back!

Rose Art is well located in downtown Astana, surrounded by mini markets, supermarkets and shopping of all kinds, and a selection of eating places and bars. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are comfortable, with fridge, kettle, air conditioner and good bathroom. Reception is friendly and efficient. Room rates are very reasonable. Overall, excellent value for money.

The hotel is not actually visible from the given street address, although easy to find on map apps. You can’t get a taxi right to the door, so that’s a slight complication.

Great value for money in an excellent location in Astana! A minimart is a few doors down and there are tons of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A clean and comfortable room, with fast Wi-Fi and A/C that worked well. Staff didn't speak any English, but were friendly and welcoming, and we were able to communicate easily through Google Translate, so it wasn't a problem. Rooms were quiet at night, and we could sleep with the window open without being disturbed.

In our particular room, whenever you turned the shower on, the water pressure would spin the showerhead to point directly outside the shower, soaking everything in the bathroom! We were happy to just hold the showerhead to shower instead. The duvet was also tiny! It only covered half of the bed, so you could either choose to cover your bottom half or your top half while you slept. It was a bit bizarre; like bedding for a single bed that had been rotated to cover only half of a double bed. Staff are happy to provide a second blanket, however.
