JAM hostel reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. Guests arriving after 21:00 cannot check-in to the property and will be considered as no-show. The total amount of the reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves a right to keep your credit card details on file until you check-out. Guests must have a valid credit card in order to make a booking. All rooms are accessed via stairs; elevators and porter service are not available.For the safety of our staff, They will not assist in carrying guest's luggage. Mobility-impaired guests are discouraged from staying at this hostel. Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay at this hostel. Guests must arrive and check in between 15:00 and 21:00. The front desk is closed between 23:00 and 15:00. Group cancelation policy applies to guests in groups of 4 or more people. For more information, please contact the property directly.
