Exceptionally well equipped with lots of different kitchen gadgets., tv with Netflix YouTube etc. WiFi ok . Nice towels and bedding. Nicely decorated

Lovely little house. Everything you need and it's also nice and cozy!

Dissapointed with the holiday park. Any activities are charged extra, and you can't enter the entertainment area without a pass. This should be included in your holiday payment, surely? Also, the pool was not even heated, I was very disappointed at that. My child did not even want to swim because it was cold. Also, reception staff were quite brash when I enquired about the amenities, and the lady did not even explain it clearly, I had to go back a second time to ask her how to book the swimming as the QR code she supplied me with, did not work for me because I wasn't booked through Parkdean resorts.

Very well equipped for a small place, and the the kitchen was particularly well equipped. Welcome gifts always a nice touch. Quiet site which was ideal for us. Very short walk to the beach. Lovely sunsets, lots of birdlife, and fascinating watching the speed of the tide changing. Nice family feel, and very easy to settle into.

The fridge freezer noisy despite several attempts to level it. Plaster falling off ceiling in kitchen, 3 blown double glazed units in the kitchen, and the sealant in the bathroom was mouldy and applied with a knife and fork. Conservatory roof leaks a little. Half a day and £300 and the place would be spot on. The sofa is dreadful, no springs left and metal bars that dig into your legs, needed every cushion in the place to make it tolerable. All easy fixes.
