The best thing about this property is it's location, it's nice and quiet. It's a short walk to the centre of Cirencester where you can find the historic church, shops, pubs and restaurants.

The property was grubby and clearly hadn't been cleaned, even though we were charged a cleaning fee as part of our booking. There were cobwebs, dust, dirt and mould across the property. The bed had seen better days, the matress had no firmness at all, you just sink through. In the kitchen, we had to thoroughly wash the kettle as it was full of limescale, and the glassware had an unusual odour. The host had only left a single out of date coffee sachet for each of us, no tea bags, no sugar. Honestly, if you're going to be this tight just don't bother, it's insulting to your guests. Finally, prior to the stay and even at the property you get a list of do's and don'ts. This just makes you feel like you're at school and not welcome at the property at all. I contacted Booking.com and the host after our stay to inform them of the issues. Booking.com's customer service is just terrible and the host didn't even bother to respond, this tells you all you need to know.

Great location a very close walk to the centre of town. Cosy size apartment perfect for a couple for the weekend.

I travel alot for work and bed is orivably most uncomfortable I've ever encountered - sunk like a hammock! Few other small things would also make a big difference, e.g. no chopping board in kitchen, no hand towel in or bathmat in bathroom

Slippery shower access is a bit dangerous .Even with blinds and curtains closed the bedroom was very bright early in the morning. Towels were a bit small and there were no hand towels.

Great location! About five minutes walk from the Cathedral & Market Square and felt very safe. Also well appointed accommodation - everything you needed in a small space - the kitchenette was tiny but it had everything you needed to self cater or heat up food. Even a washing machine! The central heating was excellent and the shower hot! I felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Cirencester, made nicer by having such a lovely base.

The mattress could have been a little more firm but that is personal taste. The issue with parking is trickier as I had to park quite a distance from the accommodation on two evenings as there was simply nowhere to park close by. Not a deal breaker but be prepared for the possibility that you might need to do so.

Great location. Very central but quiet street. 5 minute walk to the church.. comfortable small flat once the heating was on.

No black out curtains. The street lights shine through . The place was cold when I arrived in the evening . I had to search for the towels, which I eventually found in a box under the bed. The matress was lumpy and too soft. The lights in the kitchen area were not working.
