How am i rate?! We're stay in Silverscape instead of Atlantis residence WHICH I HAD PLANNED to stay there and also my whole trip schedule. So i don't know how to rate!!

As i had been told by the host on the day when we wanted to check in, the residence was facing a problem with the electricity, We must accept the truth although I felt I was not satisfied at all because my travel plan had to be changed but I had to switch to stay in another place.
