Home was beautiful. Very clean. This place has everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

The inside of the condo was adorable! Nicely decorated. Bathrooms and Bedrooms were clean, but kitchen was not. There was grease splattered all over the stove top and the microwave door. Half drank water bottles left in the fridge along with a carton of organic milk obviously from the last person that stayed there. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great and close to the venue we were going to. Also, smelled heavily of weed when we first got there but then turned into some funky food smell maybe from one of the neighbors. Once inside for a while the smells went away.

The outside of the condos are not kept up very well. Could use a fresh coat of paint and just updated. We were hoping to use the pool while there, but it looked like it hadn't been used in years, broken tiles along edges, chairs had mildew on them, and the pool motor was actually broken so pool was dirty. We decided it wasn't safe to use.

Location was good and it was clean.

This review goes for the Rocket City Condo as we were moved to that condo. One bed was extremely hard, the other one had boards on the frame that kept falling off. Very noisy as it's right next to the road.
