The lounge was not well organized and didn’t feel clean. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay
ATClean, quiet and spacious en-suite room for a fair price. There is a bbq across the road and a well-sorted shop 5 minutes away. Owner was very flexible with extending my stay when my ferry got cancelled.
Location is outside of the city center further east than indicated on the booking map. No problem if you have a car but walking distance will be 30+ minutes to restaurants and 20+ minutes to the wharf. Walking after dark can become a bit of a hassle due to territorial dogs.
NZThe room was lovely and big and clean. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming and accommodating.
I personally would have stayed closer to town but there are taxis available and its a short ride into town.
