Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi e vicina alla stazione. Appartamento spazioso e ben riscaldato, bagno e cucina nuovi ed efficienti.

Unico neo le tendine a vetro di carta nera, del tutto inutili perché c'erano altre tende ad anelli scorrevoli, e molto fastidiose perché molto oscuranti e impossibili da spostare, così che si doveva tenere la luce accesa anche di giorno.
