Location.. Location... Location

Property owner mentioned that room had mountain view. But the room didn't have windows. When we complaint, first they told it was a property feature and not room feature. When we showed them that they have clearly mentioned that the room has mountain view, he told take it or leave it. We had reached that at late evening . so we finally ended up staying there.

Dining option is expensive

Wonderful hotel with views of the ganga ,hotel 50 yards from ganga Helpfully staff and a thali to die for. Excellent position just a mile or so from bazaar and gnhat

The back exit of the property gives direct access to a walkway/path that runs along the Ganges. This path is not busy and one can relax on seats on the sides. From the back exit, it is about a 2 minute walk to a Sai temple, and about a 15 minute walk to Triveni ghat. Breakfast was tasty Staff were generally helpful when required There is secure onsite parking

Our room suffered from an awful stench coming from the bathroom. I asked staff to pour water into the drains in the bathroom, as it appeared to be an effect of dry joints. However, this did not fix the problem, and thus we had to endure the smell for our 2 night stay. The property only accepts cash as payments. Breakfast is served quite late (by our standards), from 8.30am onwards. It was around 9am by the time we managed to get food on our plates as small quantities of food was being prepared. On the day of our departure, obviously breakfast was not available when we departed around 8am The "dining room" is quite small, and only fits about 3 small tables. Therefore, we were forced to take out plates outside and sit on one of the benches to have breakfast.
