Modern Garden Studio for comfy stay

very nice and cosy place to stay at

only thing that bothered me was the roof/ceiling window was letting in so much light early morning couldn’t sleep properly would love if it had blinds or something that could block out light other than that everything was really nice😊

Nice apartment and looks new. There are amenities within walking distance, quiet neighbours. Clean bathroom and kitchenette. Nice coffee from a coffee machine. Lovely French doors and skylight, so you get lots of light and fresh air during the day. Will gladly book again

Lack of seating- there are just 2 bar stools and a sofa bed, so had to sit on the sofa bed leaning against the wall. There are no windows to allow breeze through, just doors, which we didn’t dare to leave open at night.

Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you would need from an oven/microwave, great sized tv. Private and peaceful area with great communication from the owner. Cannot recommend this studio enough.

Quiet and comfortable, host very accommodating

As a solo female traveller for work, I felt so safe at the Garden Studio. A parking space was made available for me prior to arrival. Loved that the entrance to the studio was fenced off from the garden so I didn't feel that I was intruding on the property and gave me my privacy. The studio was very modern, with a great sized TV, lovely kitchen and modern shower room. Everything was super clean! Communication was outstanding from start to finish. I really enjoyed my quiet evening with a take away and watching the Eurovision with total privacy.

Nothing! This will be my first choice to stay again when I am back in Luton.

Easy to access, lovely cosy modern room with a lot of facilities like microwave oven, very convenient to get to hospital. Very tidy and clean on arrival. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Room was a bit humid, wasn't sure how to turn the heating up.
