Very clean, very modern, and overall a pleasant looking place. Clean sheets, comfortable beds and furniture. The property itself was great!

Just know that the owner is next door and you’re being watched. I read so many positive reviews and was horrified by what transpired. We had a problem with the owner next door peeking through our curtains throughout the day, getting angry for using the wrong pillows, and invading our privacy, knocking at all hours when we have visitors over. On the last day, he seemed to be drunk and aggressive. I’m a 25 year old girl with my family visiting for a wedding. I’ve never had an experience like this in my entire life, he stormed over at midnight. He threatened us and slurred his words for 6 minutes straight threatening to call the police because we had one additional person that was not agreed upon. We were exhausted after a long day and the owner did not message us beforehand and he instead verbally berated our entire family and when people in the house were trying to immediately leave he repeatedly banged on the door and kept threatening to call the police. For context: our father, who was kicked out, was sick from cancer and just got back from a life threatening surgery to attend the wedding last minute on the previous day. The owner was already aware we had more people and we informed him that we will pay more to accommodate the last minute additions. But he declined and said it’s totally fine, that it’s okay. He never told us there was a problem. He needs to get his drinking under control, he scared all the women present and we did not feel safe knowing he was watching us through the security cameras in the front and backyard. Absolutely the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had.

Our stay at The Sun Kissed was great! One of the best quality-for-value rentals we’ve had and we’ve travelled and stayed all across Lithuania. It’s cozy, very clean, and has a modern and cool interior. Located in a nice, quiet area with very pleasant, English speaking owners. It’s within walking distance of the beach, great restaurants, and a grocery store. It also has a sauna which we used during a rainy day. Will be definitely staying again next time we’re in Lithuania!

Quite enough room for a family of five. All the utilities are in place. Everything was nice!

Everything was good, just one minor comment. There is a washing machine but I didn’t see any drying rack indoor (but actually i didn’t need it)). So probably, better to clarify this issue with the host if you need it.
