The room is new & clean. Location to river community market is in walking distance around 1km.

Air conditioner noise was too loud. There no convenience store nearby the hotel

Location is a bit out

Everything. Very modern and clean for a start. Excellent staff, very polite and good English (better than my Thai). To me, a lovely location with some up market new residences being built. Restaurants within several hundred metres for all of your meals. Excellent value from my perspective.

The hotel was so clean, which was good and omg the comfiest bed I've stayed in in the whole time I've visited Thailand!!! (4th time!!), the reception staff were amazing so shout out to them 👌, it's also walking distance from the waterfront and the cathedral 👍

Just nick picking here but There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, however this was substituted by the unlimited free hot drinks you could could get from the machine in the room by reception. The other issues I had was in regards to the room was towards the door. It seemed the door was to small for the doorframe, which meant the light from the corridor was rathar annoying when your in bed in pitch black as the light does creep through - easy issued solved by me thigh was to put my bag at the bottom to block the light and then hunt some t shirts off the door frame and door handle but it may help out for anyone in future to have like a curtain or something in from of the door to block out the gaps between the door and the doorframe👌
