Room is spacious, nice view, easy access,

1/ No iron & board provided 2/ No sugar for making coffee or tea. 3/One of the toilet bowl choke (but was rectify. 4/ Two days in a row our towel were removed after the room attendant cleaned our room. Need to ask. 5/ Front Desk didn't explain the hotel facility upon checkin. Only on the las day we found out that there is a microwave facilities provided. 6/ No toiletries provided. 7/ No sofas provided to

Very prompt with room service and very supportive staff. Amenities were great especially the self serve convenience store.

No air con at this time of year. EV chargers we turned off at night time

The bed was decent

We struggled to get any food. We booked breakfast but when going to restaurant in the morning was told it was closed. The onsite cafe had opening hours of 9-9 but didn’t actually open until 5

Cafe on the first floor was horrible. Food wasn't good at all. For breakfast is only korean food. So kuchen money for just a soup and rice. Was horrible.

It was spacious and there was enough parking. We got a 2 king size bed option with a lounge and one of the beds were in a separated room so it was like 2 en suites. Staff were really kind and gave us an umbrella to use when it rained really bad.

We came in the end of February. There was nothing else special about this property. So DO NOT COME DURING WINTER. The pool would have opened in April. We wish the pool or spa was active and maybe if they had a gym it would be more of a resort. I know it was down season but it would have been nice to see the central fire lit in the lobby to make it more of a luxury feel. There was also no shops or convenience stores available within a 5 minute walking distance. I wish we were upgraded to a nicer room even with so little people at the resort. That would have been a nice touch for not having the pool functional. It’s not a resort without a working pool. It’s just a hotel. Ps. Rooms don’t have a microwave or even a nice tea selection. We were also weirdly given 4 small and 2 big towels for 4 adults.
