Spacious One Bedroom House with Garden in Clifton

Location is great. Comfortable. There is a nice backyard.

The conservatory was too hot to use because of the sun shining on the large glass roof, it is also too noisy because of the near dual carriageway. The property can be improved by a small settee in front of the radiator in the dining room, where it is cool and quieter.

Victoria was a fantastic host, with speedy responses and was happy to give recommendations of places to visit. The amenities were exceptional, tea and coffee left for use- which we weren’t expecting! The view onto the river was lovely and it was a beautiful property.

This little cottage is delightful - a perfect location and set up for a weekend in Clifton. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and provided recommendations for local dog-friendly places. Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen well appointed. A nicely private courtyard garden, and you can even catch a glimpse of the suspension bridge from it !

The access might be a little challenging for those with more limited mobility, and some of the finishings are a little tired (carpet/tiles) but the cleanliess is great so nothing to fault except cosmetically.

the studio was a good size and great location if you're doing anything around clifton! It's really nice to be able to have your dog there, too kitchen was kitted out to cook basic food and plenty of fridge/freezer space Victoria was responsive when messaged. parking is £10 a day, but free on Sundays

unfortunately, the studio was not cleaned to a standard you'd expect. there was hair everywhere, including under the bedsheets. the bathroom and kitchen didn't look like they had been hoovered, and the carpet in the bedroom was very stained. the baking trays were put in the oven dirty and the kitchen cabinet doors were broken. I paid £15 for an early check in, otherwise it was at 4pm which I think is a little late (seeing as checkout is at 10am) the curtains unfortunately don't keep the light out in the morning, so would advise an eye mask! I did message the host about the cleanliness, but there was no apology, and I was told that they've never had a problem with the cleanliness before...which was a disappointing response.
