Personale molto disponibile e cordiale, bello anche il concept delle varie camere sparse nei palazzi intorno all'hotel

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il codice generato dall'app nel telefono per aprire le porte del palazzo e siamo dovuti tornare in hotel per risolvere il problema, la mattina successiva abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'allergia, forse a causa dell'età del palazzo o della carta da parati (problema molto soggettivo a parer mio)
