Urban suites- HELEXPO

The apartment is at a very good location, close to the White Tower, the OTE Tower, the Archaeological museum, Rotunda and many more. There is a plethora of amenities close by including the metro and bus stop to the airport and the centre is just a short walk away. The apartment is a spacious one bedroom affair with a long balcony. There is an elevator on the premises. The apartments on the same floor are all work spaces which means there are no people to consider at night. The double bed was soft and large. The water heater and WIFI were efficient. As a 'welcome' the host gifted us a bottle of wine and a six pack of water and there were coffee capsules, sugar and honey to use with the coffee machine. He was considerate throughout our stay.

Not the host's fault by any means, but the apartment next door was being renovated and there was work being done every day from 07.30 to 1600. Compressors, drills, loud hammering, the full monty. They even came on a Sunday. Sometimes when we entered the place an odour of sewage lingered and left when we opened the doors for a while. It wasn't overwhelming and I'm not sure if the work done next door had anything to do with it. There is no dining table, we had to eat in the living room sitting on the sofas but we made do nicely.

Alles was geweldig. Super schoon appartement met alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijk bed en douche. Geweldig groot balkon met in de verte uitzicht op zee. Goede locatie, op loopafstand van de White Tower. We hebben Babis niet gezien, inchecken ging heel makkelijk met een toegangscode, maar hij appte ons regelmatig om te checken of alles ok was. En we konden hem altijd bereiken als we vragen hadden. Super gastvrij! Op de dag van vertrek konden we gratis wat langer blijven. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en raden dit appartement zeker aan!

Very nice place and location! The host was excellent! Great communication and attention to details. We traveled with a baby and we made a last minute decision to not take a stroller along. Now we asked for a baby cot which was nicely prepared upon arrival, but what we didn't expect was a stroller laying in there with a lovely note in case we needed it and guess what we did need it. Great gesture and very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place. Perfect location. The owner is friendly and gave good information. Apartment was clean & contained everything we could want. Good kitchen with all amenities including a washing machine that could be used on cold. Spacious balcony. Can't fault anything.
