Niente* tutto perfetto

Purtroppo ho soggiornato poco tempo, soltanto 2 notti. Colazione devo dire ottima, servizio ottimo. Struttura nuova e bellissima. Complimenti per i servizi tecnologici che fa sempre piacere. Ingresso con riconoscimento targa per entrare ed uscire eccellente!!

Se devo proprio dirvi qualcosa, avrei gradito un cucino più confortevole. Ma nessun problema. Prossimo soggiorno porterò il mio personale. Riguardo al check-out meglio non dire niente anche perché ogni struttura ha il suo orario.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was exceptional. We enjoyed using the pool and the lounge chairs near it. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's food allergies. She has celiac disease, and every single morning, the staff brought her bread, meat, and cheese separately, to avoid cross contamination. Phenomenal service!

We did not receive any information about check-in prior to our arrival. When we got there, we tried to call the number listed by the gate and did not get an answer. Luckily, a man came down to the gate and helped us get in touch with the staff. When she arrived, she did apologize and helped get us checked in. We did get an email with the needed information the next day, with a note indicating there was an email mix up. Overall, not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience.

The room was modern in a newly built/renovated building. Great bonus is a huge and private balcony/terrace. The breakfast was super great - had typical Italian sweet pastries, freshly squeezed juices, eggs, etc.

During the night the room was lacking some air. Tried to open the balcony door but it kept closing. Nothing major though.
