The Shea Ubud Tranquility Villa with Private Pool

Most beautiful place we ever lived in. The stay is surrounded by lush green fields and trees, cool breeze and pool is just warm enough to swim. Everything is so perfect, service is so good. You ask and they make sure you get it. Would love to stay here again ❤️

Beautiful villa. Spacious, both bedrooms with ensuite. All air conditioned and ceiling fans. Really comfortable bed and furniture. Incredible view over rice fields. Secluded and generally very quiet. 15 minute scoot into ubud central. Awesome private pool. Friendly staff.

We had a few small issues. The hot water in the showers does not work well - have to turn on and off every few minutes. Our breakfast was included but after trying it once, we preferred to go to cafes - this was difficult to communicate to staff. For example, they asked if we wanted breakfast, we said no, but were still woken up at 8am the next day with breakfast. Just need to be extra clear :) The filtered water dispenser provided warm water only and then stopped working. Someone came to look at it but then left and it never got fixed. As it was our last night we decided it was easier to buy bottled water than try to get it resolved. Obviously being in a rural area some wildlife noise is expected at night time, there is also a rooster nearby and sound from neighbours can carry.

Very peaceful, amazing team, beautiful view on rice field, very nice restaurants recommended by Sang Tupu and his team at less than 5 min, cooking class proposed by Sang Tupu was the best ever… would have scored more than 10 if it was possible ! Highly recommended.

The property is absolutely beautiful and well kept. Very modern and spacious. The breakfast was incredible. We got so much food that we were able to pack some of it in for our day trips. Staff was very friendly and quick to respond.

Although we had an incredible stay at the villa, we did have some repetitive problems with a lack of hot shower water. The staff did respond quickly everytime the hot water was off, but it did happen several times, unfortunately.
