The location was great- a quick walk to the Market and walkable to the palace, crazy house, flower park and the lake.

Broken steps and a motorcycle ramp in the way of the entry and the lobby was a mess. Our room was not clean- we found a hair tie, tweezers, open shampoo packets, a 1000 vnd note, a bracelet ect in various places during our stay. The bathroom is visibly moldy and smells. Slippers were dirty and cobwebs in the corners.
