Cozy apartment with terrace!

Cosy, well equipped, very clean, shops nearby.

Attentive host, good wifi, Smart TV, very clean and cosy apartment with all needed amenities. Collections of the keys easy. Parking of the car next to the entrance. Sigulda is not a big town, so even though this apartment is bit further from the centre, but still easily reachable in 10 minutes on foot.

Apartment is advertised as having two bedrooms (supposedly separates ones), both of them on the second floor (or first floor for non-east Europeans). The bedroom with 2 single beds is actually isolated with the door, so true separate one. However, the master bedroom does not have a door, it opens to the second floor hall/corridor and the staircase. It means that there is no privacy in it. Anyone wishing to stay at the ground floor to watch TV or chat will be heard in the bedroom. Anybody passing to the bathroom, or downstairs from the second bedroom will also disturb the ones staying in the master bedroom. Maybe not a bid deal for the most, but we intentionally chose this apartment with understanding that it has two separate bedrooms, and paid much more than for similar setup in the town centre of Sigulda. What I mean in general: the set up of the rooms should be clearly described in the reservation system.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Children's toys, washing powder and even oil, coffee and tea. Very clean and pleasant smell. Private parking .

Everything was perfect. Spacious 2 story house with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean. Attention to details overall, so you feel like at home. Didn't miss a thing. Close to main roads, grocery store is just 5 min away. Had even board games to play. Folders with tips and tourist information. Loved that I could stay with my dog (unfortunately not a lot of accomodations allow it) - definitely a plus. Friendly owners just a couple houses away - quickly responded to all the questions.

Perhaps a self check in box and a frame with a wifi password would be helpful to not needlessly disturb the owners. But apart from that 10/10.
