"Okay but tired and run down"

Great location in the heart of Ubud. Nice shared pool for guests.

For some reason, unlike our previous two stays, breakfast was not included. The staff’s English was not good enough to explain why some rooms had breakfast and some didn’t so we couldn’t work out if this was an optional add on we could have asked for. One of the two rooms we booked did not have hot water, the other had hot water but a massive leak in the shower with water spewing out where the plumbing came out of the wall. They were unable to fix the hot water issue while we there and couldn’t move rooms because they were full. Overall it was more tired and not as well maintained as our previous stays and we’ll look elsewhere next time.

"Toller Aufenthalt"

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Buana Ubud Inn. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Lage war genial. Von hier aus konnte man die ganze Stadt zu Fuß erkunden und trotzdem auch einen Scooter mieten um noch andere Orte zu sehen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man wurde immer mit einem sehr freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt und hat hat einen unglaublichen Service erhalten. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
