GROn the first day off our arrival we notice that the espresso coffee machine was not working. Next morning they had brought a new one.
The house had an intense smell of gas. We had to send email two times until they have arranged a technician to attend. Even then we had to send email in order to advise us for the findings. Only then they have informed us that a valve for the gas outside the house had a problem and need to be replaced. Also they said that There was nothing to be concerned for our health. However we could not sit in the kitchen/living room at all. During night we were sleeping with the bedroom door closed snd the kitchen window open. Also in the bathroom the shower spira flexible is too short. I have a height of 1.87 and can reach only below my shoulders. I has to kneele down in the bathtub to wash my hair.

Everything is good except that there is a stale smell inside. But once you opened the windows, it goes aways slightly. Maybe to some other people it won’t bother them but to me I struggled with it
BELocation
Horrible experience at pre-check in and self check-in. No one welcomes you at the stay. Harassing, spamming and unfriendly personnel. No clear indications and instructions for check in and the premises, had to call several times, robotic and distant answers. Cybersecurity and hacking issue raised with booking.com as they request to communicate credit card information via suspicious links to pay for city tax by impersonating booking.com ! They threaten by implying that the reservation may be canceled if you don’t follow these steps. Hopefully, booking.com advised not to click on those. Lack of cleaning, insects and their excrements found all over the apartment (see picture) Garden view, not as advertised, garden view is shared with neighbors, not as intimate as described (see picture).

DEThey were very logistically sound in the sense that it was very easy to find the location, get the keys and enter the property. It is situated close to the shops and restaurants and has a beautiful view of the lake.
